**Grub Report Recap**
We recently had our grub report meet-up on Thursday 15th September. It was great to meet a lot of holders, onboard some new ones, and tune more people in to what our brand is about. 

We ran into Tyler the Creator & Paul Rodriguez and a host of others - letting them know all about Weather Report and our future. 

**Weather Lab **
We recently announced our new Weather Lab initiative! All directed towards getting your WR NFT on an exclusive clothing design created by our team. There will be a 72 hour order window exclusively for holders only. We dropped the flyer on socials if you want a some more info.

**Weather Factory**
Introducing Weather Factory is a key part of our web 3 initiative. We're starting this week with our resident artist sloan. 

Weather Factory will be a big factor in the ongoing evolution of our brand. We'll be making a separate post on this soon, releasing times and dates. 

This is a unique chance to get a brand new 1/1 for free! Only condition is you must be in VC while sloan lets his creativeness flow.

**Community Voting **
We've heard your feedback and agree some new project designs should be put to the community for vote. We are growing our brand across multiple verticals and want your vote to count towards designs / initiatives. 


**POAPs **
Those who attended Grub Report and Town Hall got the chance to submit their wallet address and receive a POAP. This will help record attendance and, in turn, add up to rewards/unique opportunities. 

We don’t want to reveal too much, but the more you collect the better. 
This may or may not have to do with how Weather Factory evolves 👀

**Whale Call **
We've been staying in contact with our whales and will be asking for feedback through creative sessions often. The first call was a massive success - an honour getting to work with y'all closer, sharing insights on how we'll be moving forward together. 

**Complex Con **
Weather Report has secured a spot at this years Complex Con! We will have a booth at the event and would love for our reporters to show up and support. During market downturns it's essential we continuously work on pushing brand awareness and this is the perfect place to do so.

One of our key initiatives on our roadmap is our solidity storm program. Educating our holders on:

- Staying safe on the blockchain
- Reading code
- Writing code & working on their own projects
- Create a community that can link in with our lead dev

The curriculum will consist of 4 projects each spanning one week. At the end of each week, the team will hold office hours to help anyone with questions. There will also be a quiz for each project. Completing the quiz will reward you with an NFT badge thanks to 101.xyz

1. Introduction to Ethereum development tools and the Solidity programming language
2. Launching an NFT from Scratch
3. Expanding your NFT with chainlink
4. Intro to DeFi - creating an ERC-20 token & an Uniswap liquidity pair

@everyone We know you guys are eager to receive your merch.  ⚡ 

There has been a running issue with Shopify in which some orders have been marked as cancelled but in reality the shipping ID has been updated but no update email has been sent. Unfortunately we cannot do anything because this is a Shopify issue, **BUT** rest assured that your order has shipped and is coming.

Furthermore, some people have reported that they are not seeing any updates on their USPS tracking. Unfortunately, USPS is sometimes **VERY** slow with their tracking and most likely your order will be at your doorstep soon.

We want to let you know that all orders that were placed have already been shipped from our fulfilment warehouse and so should arrive in a timely manner.

The team think it's crucial to educate our holders about safety with contracts on the ethereum network (and how to interact with them) while also educating our holders to be able to code (starting with basics and up to an NFT project). 

The solidity storm will be something worked on for this season and those to come. 

Who knows you could gain employment in the NFT space by benefiting from weather reports education!🤝💼

I’d just like to take the chance and say hello to those of you that know me and those who may not 👋🏻
I gave a-bit of a speech on the twitter space tonight but I know not everyone can make that so I’ll introduce myself a-bit here. 

It’s been an absolute honour to be moved onto the team and get a real perspective of how the team operates behind the scenes. 
Weather Report for me is such an iconic project that not only has some of the coolest art I’ve ever seen but a great team working behind it. During markets like we are in right now many people can feel disheartened and lost at times when there floor price is down. I relate to this and feel the same emotion as you do, the team taking me on is too get honest and critical feedback from all of you! In the Town-hall they answered every question we put to them as a community and we’re not scared in doing so. During turbulent times the bedrock of any good project is the community, because if we don’t have each other we have nobody. 

My Goal and ambition of being on the team is too have a honest voice for yous to give opinions, ideas and constructive criticism, we grow together and we grow as one. We are constantly delivering on all roadmap initiatives with a United front, the team know communication is key 🔑 

I want this discord to celebrate our success yet also stick together through some darker times, we should be there for each-other, learn about each-other, a place of comfort for each-other. 

Weather Report may not be you’re only project you’re invested in but it’s going to be you’re favourite one❤️

**The Weather Report Holders Free Product Claim is Finally Here!!!** 

See below for all the details you will need to know to claim!

- The web3 token-gated technology we will be utilizing for the claim is PERC. They are industry standard and came highly recommended. This is important to us as safety and security are always first priority.

- We have decided to structure the free claim with token-gated discount codes you all will be able to access by connecting your wallet through our Shopify store. We felt this was the best option as we want you all to be able to pick the items you like and vibe with the most. 

- The discount amount we are providing is enough to claim multiple free items depending on how you choose to spend it. No other purchase is necessary. However, you are free to buy additional items on your orders if you choose to do so. Regardless, shipping will be paid by the claimer.
